WILD AUSTRALIAN SALMON MASSAMAN CURRY WITH RICE

Serves 2 

RECIPE

1 x Wild Australian Salmon Penang Curry pot

Option 1: 1 x microwave pack of 250g brown rice or jasmine rice or

Option 2: 1 cup of brown long-grain rice or jasmine long grain rice

4 coriander leaves

INSTRUCTIONS

Option 1: Microwave rice for 90 seconds

Option 2: Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add the rinsed rice and continue boiling for 30 minutes, reducing heat as necessary to prevent overflow. Remove from heat, drain the rice and return the rice to pot. Cover and let the rice rest for 10 minutes or longer, until you’re ready to serve.

Remove lid on salmon pot and microwave pot for 90 seconds

Place in bowls ready to serve, add garnish and enjoy!
